Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Republican Party. Candidates rely on our loyal party supporters, voters, and volunteers to win elections and help strengthen the Republican Party here in our county. Johnson County Republican Party is committed to providing our local candidates the help they need to win elections—from the top of the ballot to the bottom of the ticket.
To achieve this critical objective, we need the help of volunteers like you—grassroots supporters who can be the conduit between Republican candidates and voters. There are a lot of things to do and JCRP can help provide the opportunities, training, assistance, and support.

Volunteer of the Quarter: Beth French
Mari “Beth” French has graciously agreed to be the volunteer office coordinator for JCRP. Beth has been married to Steve for 38 years and they have 4 daughters, 10 grandchildren and a great grandbaby due in April. She has lived in Olathe since 1979. In disbelief that Obama had been re-elected Beth and her husband started to seek out organizations. “The only involvement we had in politics at that time was showing up to vote and expecting things to go our way. We heard about Founders Keepers – not ‘political’, but feeling the constitution was under attack. By then, any groups involved in the education of the constitution was appealing to us.” They kept running into fellow Republican Roni Paul and then Beth became “hooked”, she was the treasurer for Sue Huff who ran for state representative and has called and walked for many local candidates including Congressman Yoder. She is also board member on the Sunflower Club and has been a volunteer for JCRP for some time now. This year she became a precinct committee woman, is a 3rd District delegate and was elected as a state delegate. In the last four years she has done a lot of grassroots and groundwork for candidates. The JCRP team would like to thank Beth for her willingness to help us in this manner.
If you would like to volunteer at the JCRP office you can contact Beth at (913) 707-5728 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
